3  9oz cans of sliced peaches in syrup

1/4c  Heavy Cream

1 ½ c  Sugar

3tbsp  Vanilla

½ tsp  Cinnamon

1tsp  Nutmeg

1/2tsp  Allspice

1/2tsp  Butter

1stick  Melted Butter

2tbsp  Lemon Juice


Egg wash (1 egg and 2 tbsp. water beat together well)

Flour slurry (1/4 cup flour 1/4c milk)

1 tbsp. sugar to sprinkle

9/15 Baking Dish

4 chilled prepared pastry rounds.



Stir all ingredients in sauce pan until all peaches have absorbed flavor approximately 5-10min.

Spray dish with oil.

Cover bottom of dish with 2 of the cold pastry rounds. Brush bottom with egg wash, Sprinkle with sugar, prick sides and bottom with fork.

Prebake 375 until slightly brown


Poor in peach mixture and cover with other 2 pie crust piece together until entire casserole is covered

Cut slits in top crust

Brush top crust with egg wash and sprinkle with sugar

Bake at 350 until bubbly and crust is golden brown

Serve with vanilla ice cream while hot.
